Internet Delivery

All the formats below are delivered as an attachment or multiple attachments via email. These formats can also be delivered on a CD-ROM via postal mail. Before ordering, please check with your printer or mailing house to see what mailing list format requirements are needed to fulfill your printing and mailing order.

Compression Type
Attachments are delivered in a compressed file format that enables a device to transmit the same amount of data in fewer bits. Data compression is widely used in backup utilities, spreadsheet applications and database management systems. You can choose either a PC EXECUTABLE(.EXE) or a ZIP FORMAT(.ZIP).

Important Message for Mac Users:
Please notify our production team that you need the ZIP FORMAT.

Comma Delimited A type of data format in which each piece of data is separated by a comma. This is a popular format for transferring data from one application to another, because most database systems are able to import and export comma-delimited data.
dBaseIII The dBASE format for storing data has become a de facto standard, and is supported by nearly all database management and spreadsheet systems. Even systems that do not use the dBASE format internally are able to import and export data in dBASE format. TIP: Best Format when using Microsoft Office Excel and when doing a mail merge into Microsoft Office Word.
ASCII Fixed ASCII (American Standard Code for Information Interchange) is the most common format for text files in computers and on the Internet. In an ASCII file, each alphabetic, numeric, or special character is represented with a 7-bit binary number (a string of seven 0s or 1s). 128 possible characters are defined.
ASCII CSV ASCII (American Standard Code for Information Interchange) is the most common format for text files in computers and on the Internet. CSV format is a type of data format in which each piece of data is separated by a comma.

Printed and Postal Delivery

All the formats below are printed and then delivered via postal mail. These formats are usually delivered within 72 hours, or three business days. We would suggest to also order an internet delivery format from the above list for management and tracking purposes.

Peel-and-Stick Labels

Each individual record can be printed on adhesive labels that are ready to be affixed to each marketing mail piece.

TIP: When ordering labels, it is also good for tracking purposes to order an internet format with the additional record information.


UPPER CASE	Upper Case/ Lower Case

3x5 Cards

Each individual record can be printed on a 3x5-inch card. This format includes the additional information indicated when customizing the marketing list.

This format is chosen for convenient use by field sales personnel and easy distribution for similar uses.

TIP: When ordering 3x5 cards it is also good for management purposes to order an internet format.

UPPER CASE ( Upper Case/ Lower Case format is also available.)

Portrait Manuscript

A printout of data in listing form, portrait manuscript consists of lines of the information per record. It is usable only for reference or checking, for telemarketing operations.

TIP: When ordering portrait manuscript, you may want to rethink your marketing and management goals. We would suggest ordering an internet format delivery and reformat the the list into a portrait manuscript.

This will allow flexibility for data output because the mailing list is in a file format, not just a printed format.
